Question

Getting randomly logged out of Adobe programs--is this the reason why?

A few weeks ago I got a new computer and started experiencing a problem with my Adobe programs that I never experienced with my old machine. At random times, I'll suddenly be logged out of my CC account and have to log back in. It's an annoyance and slows down my work, especially when I have to wait for fonts to reactivate.

I checked my account online and under "Active sessions" noticed that I have some sessions listed for "Internet Explorer, Windows 10." Now, I don't use Internet Explorer (I'm a Chrome user), so I have no idea why these sessions are showing up. However, I'm wondering if these sessions are the reason I'm getting logged out of the programs.

Does anyone know:

  1. What these sessions are for?
  2. If they could be responsible for my random logging out?
  3. And if they are responsible, can I change any settings to get rid of these IE sessions?

Thanks!

Same exact issue.  Shows a Internet Explorer, Windows 10 active sssion despite me not ever using that and keeps logging me out on Chrome and on the CC apps.

The other incredibly annoying thing about this problem is that sometimes when I get logged out, my fonts won't activate when I log back in. I have to reboot my computer before I can continue my work. That's not a huge problem if it only happens once a week, but it's a bigger problem when I get logged out multiple times in a day.
