Glyphs wont apply in CC Indesign2020

I'm just trying to swap out some of stylistic glyphs (font is Charoe btw) and it's defaulting. A few of the other glyphs are working but what gives? I can't find any troubleshooting info online either, wondering if it's something in the 2020 version?
