GMetrix Exam will not start

I have been trying to take the InDesign 2020-2024 Practice Exam for days! When I click to take the exam, GMetrix closes and only opens InDesign without any question from the exam appearing or giving further instructions. If anyone can, please help me resolve this issue.

    Well, as with all plugins and add-ons, the solution lies with the maker of the plugin, and not with Adobe. They are the only ones with enough expertise to determine what's going wrong, and if it's a fault or app change with ID, adapt their product to it.
