Graphic element in paragraph style.

Hello !

I want to insert a graphic element above a certain type of paragraph. I would like to insert this formatting into a paragraph style. I can only insert a paragraph line.
In many readings for example, certain paragraphs are separated by 3 stars in a triangle. This is what I'm trying to do without success.
Do you have any idea how to do this?
