Graphic elements in Paragraph style not tagged in pdf from InDesign

Hi,
I'm relatively new here. I've been searching the discussions-section, but I can't seem to find if someone allready asked this question.
For a client of mine I'm advising them on how to make an accessible pdf from InDesign. Most things seem to work out just fine, but I've got a rather strange thing happening in the paragraph styles.
As you can see in the screen capture, they have made a paragraph style which has line under the paragraph, translation from Dutch screen capture to English: " + kleur lijn onder: Everyday Green + regel onder dikte: 0,25pt + verschuiving lijn onder: 9 px + lijn onder ingesprongen: 18 px + lijn onder rechts ingesprongen: -5 px" translates to: "+ color line below: Everyday Green + line below thickness: 0,25pt + line below offset: 9 px + line below indent: 18 px + line below right indent: -5 px".
Normally these lines in a paragraph style wil automatically become Artefact and the text will be <P>, (because the export label for this paragraph style is set toe P for PDF).
When I export this document to interactive pdf, with all the right accessibility settings, all those lines set in the paragraph style are not tagged in the pdf.
Of course I can set them manually to artefact, and then they will be contained in an Artefact container, but I think that's unnecessary manual work.
Does anyone have a solution in settings for the paragraph style, er otherwise?
Hope to hear from you.
Kind regards,
Linda van der Berg
