Grep query for m3/h

Hello everyone! I need help creating a grep query for m3/h. The 3 needs to be superscripted. Ideally this would work on m3 by itself as well. Thank you so much for your help in advance!

  1. Create a character style for the 3. If the font includes a special Glyph, use that. Otherwise a superscriped 3
  2. GREP STYLE in Paragraph Style, select the Character style then, (?<=m)3(?=\/h)
