GREP to break urls

Hi, a lot of endnotes that appear in my books have urls, and they need to have specific breaks.

I'm looking for help to form a GREP to help with this. Essentially following the rules in this article Breaking up words and URLs at the end of a line. For example forcing a break before a URL period as described in point 3 in the article.
