Grey Area Around Asset Once Exported From InDesign

Hi all, hoping someone could help me. I am finding that when I export my Indesign doc to PDF, any transparent .PSD assets go from looking fine inside the document to having this strange square border surrounding the asset. 

 

If anyone has a fix on this or could offer feedback that would be great.

Looks like you are exporting the PDF with Use Document Bleed Settings, Crop, and Bleed Marks checked in the Marks and Bleeds tab. If you don’t want the bleed and marks, uncheck them and set the Bleeds to 0.
