Habillage d'image Illustrator avec du texte

Bonjour,

J'ai créé une image vectorielle que j'ai insérée dans InDesign et que j'aimerais habiller de texte. Cependant, je n'y arrive pas, le texte s'arrête au contour du bloc et non de l'image.

Est-ce possible d'habiller une image vectorielle ou dois-je passer sur Photoshop, l'insérer dans un damier puis l'enregistrer sous format PNG pour l'insérer dans InDesign ?
