Hallo, ich kann keine InDesign-Datei in PDF exportieren. Es hat geklappt bis vor kurzem, jetzt geht es nicht mehr. MacOS Tahoe, neueste Version von InDesign.

Wenn ich eine InDesign-Datei exportiere, erhalte ich unbrauchbare Resultate. Text ist OK, aber die Bilder unbrauchbar. Bis vor kurzem hat alles geklappt, jetzt nicht mehr. Preflight zeigt an, dass alles OK ist.

Ich arbeite mit MacOS Tahoe, InDesign habe ich auf die neueste Version updated.

Ich bin dringend darauf angewiesen, ein Layout als PDF verschicken zu können und bitte um schnelle Hilfe.

Can you please elaborate on this? What exactly happens to the images? Any screenshots would be helpful.

Also, make sure your Tahoe is updated to its latest version.

Wenn ich die InDesign-Datei in PDF exportieren will, erscheint der Bildschirm mit den Einstellungen. Dort ist ein Warndreieck zu sehen (screenshot1).

Die Detailmeldung hat offenbar etwas mit den Farbeinstellungen zu tun (screenshot2).

Wenn ich weitermache, entsteht ein unbrauchbares Dokument. Der Text ist OK, aber das Bild ist total falsch (screenshot3)

Zusatzinformation: Ich arbeitete seit den 90er-Jahren immer mit Windows. InDesign hat immer toll funktioniert. Jetzt habe ich auf Mac gewechselt, vieles ist anders, wohl nicht nur im OS sondern auch in InDesign. Beispielsweise zeigt mir der Preflight alles grün - aber es wird viel weniger geprüft als damals auf Windows. Dort konnte ich die Verknüpfungen überprüfen und es gab eine Palette, wo ich bei einer Fehlermeldung direkt auf die Verknüpfung klicken und den Fehler korrigieren konnte.

Können Sie mit diesen Informationen etwas anfangen?

Now I’ve switched to Mac; many things are different… For example, the Preflight shows everything green—but much less is checked than back on Windows. There I could check the links, and there was a panel where I could click the link on an error and correct the error.

I’ll reply to this first:

InDesign’s UI and functionality in general are identical on both Windows and Mac. What do you mean by “but much less is checked than back on Windows” in the Preflight panel? You can define preflight profiles in the Preflight panel exactly the same way you did on Windows, use exactly the same panels you used on Windows, and click anything there exactly the same way. If you wish, you can post screenshots that illustrate the issue.
