Hello @Sapan Giri,

Thanks for confirming. Our team is currently investigating this. Could you check if this issue occurs with all HEIC files or with HEIC files stored in a specific folder location (internal/external/network drive, or a cloud-synced folder like Google Drive/OneDrive/iCloud Drive)?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

It was happening for files from any location (one-drive or downloads folder which isn't part of one-drive sync). Today I have tried few times and seems to be working as normal. I did attempt clearing cache, restart device etc, but didn't resolve. For now I'd say you can close this chain, assuming you aren't able to replicate the error/issue? However if I encounter again, I will reach out.

Greetings @Sapan Giri,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have found the crash reports you provided and have already forwarded them to our product team for further examination. I will inform you as soon as I receive any updates from them. In the meantime, could you please upload one of the affected sample files to a public cloud sharing service like Drive or Dropbox? This will allow us to examine it directly and assist in the investigation. If the information is sensitive, you can send it to me via direct message.

I look forward to your response.

Many thanks Abhishek.

Yes can't share the files I encountered, due to sensitivity. But yes I was encountering any HEIC file and a blank Indi doc, yet application crashed as soon as attempted. So I assume must be a bug. JPEG / other imports wokring fine.
