Is there a way to copy multiple Excel cells (from a sheet in Smartsheet)
and paste them into separate InDesign text boxes?

Been pasting them one by one, if theres a faster
way to paste all the cells at once.

There's a way to drop in multiple images into separate
box frames, holding shift+command, something similar?

ty!

If contents of the Cell is as one paragraph with soft enter (shift+enter) then you could set in Paragraph Style's option - start in Next Frame.

Of course TextFrames need to be linked as a Story 😉

And you will need to either paste as text - not as table - or convert table to text after pasting.
