HELP!!! Files Disappeared

My daughter is in a fashion merchandising program at university. She was using InDesign online and just told me her files are gone. Adobe Support is offline (we're in the Pacific time zone). She is new to the software, so I'm hoping that the system (she was using the online software, logged in with her account) auto-saves or backs up her work. Can anyone offer any ideas about this?

What do you mean she was using InDesign online? Where was she storing the files?

I don't want to sound cold but this really sounds like some kind of user error so we're going to need more information.
