HELP, Please! Page's Tab have empty spreads but the actual pages show the text

My InDesign Page's tab spreads show eight blank pages. These are eight out of 200 pages. And, these eight are important with text. However, let's say page 42 on page's tab is empty the actual pages are filled with text. When I export the pages, they show up blank, too.

I also found that my page numbers were doubled for two pages, so--I am not sure if it worked 100 percent and I was afraid to move my originals--but I ended up creating new pages after each good page, and then I dragged the text on the document up to the new pages. I did this for each of the eight empty spreads on my page tabs. It seems to have worked, but I won't know until I order a new proof. I hope this helps anyone else who ends up with this issue.

I forgot to mention that I had to manually delete each empty page tab spread.

It me hours of anxiety to figure this out on my own.

Also, if you can see it, these same actual pages have a bold black line down the middle, all the way across the bottom, and only on the right side page--not on the left-side page or on the top of the pages.
