The find/replace dialog box will not show up in InDesign no matter what I do. It suddenly disappeared and I cannot get it to reappear using the keyboard shortcut or selecting from the menu, even though it is not "greyed out" . Have tried restarting and closing all dialog windows. Any solutions?
