hi there all,

I am struggling with a basic problem. a few years ago i suffered a massive stroke, now
I am back to work I have noticed most of my Adobe CS skills are missing.

I am trying to create a 50 page template for an InDesign brochure/report. Each page needs to have a fade from the top to the bottom of \\\\\\\\\#00E5FF to #ff2dAA at the bottom. I know this is quite easy, can anyone help me out please? I could not even get Firefly to understand what I need. Honestly, I used to do all the brochure design etc for my business as well as for our clients. This is embarrassing and annoying.

Best regards

Sanj.

Hi @Prof Sanj Gupta DBA, FBCS , Also, in case it helps to have some screen captures:

Make two new Swatches for your gradient ends

Make a new Gradient Swatch and set the stops

Use the Gradient Swatch Tool to drag and set the direction

You need to use the Pages panel and then in there access the parent page.

On the parent page draw a rectangle

Then you need the swatches panel.

Create a new gradient swatch and in there set up the colors for your gradient.

Then apply that gradient swatch to your rectangle.

With the gradient tool or the gradient panel you can then adjust the angle of the gradient on your page.
