Hi, table style is not working properly as I have defined header & footer. It works randomly. How can I fix it?

Did you create a Cell style it in the Table style dialog box? 

(The Cell style would automatically apply the Paragraph style.)

Don’t apply the Cell style manually and make sure your row is an actual Header row.

It would be better if you share a sample indd file
