High CPU usage due to CEPHtmlEngine

I am running the latest versions of Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator (2023) at the same time. I am having a lot of issues with the CPU running very high and on the task manager I see Adobe CEPHtmlEngine. It happens everytime I save a file and in random times, and my iMac feels unresponsible for at least 5-10 minutes before It runs normal.

Please advise how I can fix this issue.

I'm on an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013), 32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 and a 1TB SSD. MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

Thank you

PD: Please don dont refer me to this page: https://helpx.adobe.com/co/x-productkb/global/high_cpu_usage_cephtmlengine.html I tried to do all the steps and nothing is working. The examples they provide is from an outdated version of the apps (CC 2015)

Hello

The only other information I can find related to this is that it could be related to other apps like Chrome

If it's not working it's very concerning - I know the Adobe team are reviewing this constantly.

Thanks for your response. I don't have Chrome installed, instead I have Microsoft Edge. It's anything related to Chromium browsers?
