Hindi Characters Missing / World-Ready Para not solving issue

I've tried using Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Composer from the paragraph panel but it doesn't work. I've used Noto Sans Devanagari and Adobe Devanagari but I'm still getting missing characters. Anybody have any idea?

Missing glyphs should be a font problem not a composer problem I suppose. Can you share the InDesign file with the issue so that we can have a look or better try some other fonts as well.
