This is a typically unhelpful error message. This sort of problem is usually related to either a placed image or a bad font, but it can occasionally be a problem with system resources. Can you export half at a time?

I used to suggest exporting halves of anything taht failed until you isolate the problem page,. but there was a post the other day suggesting that exporting the file as jpegs would fail at the problem page aand is a faster method.
