Hovering error after exporting to PDF

I have attached the sample of the file, the text box I assigned i overlapping the image of the button. The text is on separate layer and on top of the button layers but I could not figure where to correct. Can someone help? tthank you

Not sure what you are talking about - I'm viewing it on a phone so no interactivity - but you should fix misalignments of the graphic elements.

it is not working online has to be downloaded i guess and dont worry about the alignment there are not final, here;s the snippet o what is happening

Interactivity in PDF is always on the top layer. You'll need to convert that text to a button as well and even then, this is going to be very wonky and won't likely work in most PDF readers, mobile devices or browsers.

My standard advice: rethink this entire project unless you can control the PDF Reader and device it's being viewed on.
