How can a collaborator update my 'Publish Online' links?

I'm setting up a second Mac in our studio so that another designer can collaborate with me. This will work great in terms of us both being able to collaborate on synced Adobe documents and resources - except, as far as I can see, for the 'Publish Online' feature.

Am I right that although we can share work on the same InDesign document, because we have different Adobe IDs, If I publish it online (and then share my link to other departments), If the document needs updating, although my colleague can collaborate and update the document, she won't be able to update my shared 'Publish Online' Link.

Its a bit of a problem as we need to maintain an unchanging link through many updates. For example if I'm off, she needs to be able to update my link after amending a document.

What might be the way around this?

Your collaborator would have to log in with YOUR Adobe ID to edit the Publish Online publication. There is no shared option for Publish Online. You can make feature requests here:

Thanks Steve. I'll post a request. Would make more sense to me that the publish online was linked to an Indesign Document, but I can imagine that there is difficulty in making that happen technically. For now we will take your tip and log in / out of each other's accounts.
