How can I automatically obtain the line spacing and interline spacing of the image insertion point?

I inserted an image into a line.

Now, I want to use a script to obtain the line spacing and interline spacing of the insertion point.
Please give me some guidance.

I always make a paragraph style named "Graphics" where the leading is set to AUTO.

The leading automatically becomes whatever the graphic height is.

You can also define some space before and space after.
