How can i set URL Links to NOT open new window

Anybody help?

 

When i set a hyperlink with indesign, then publish to the adobe dashboard, the link opens a new tab. This means the music playing on the first tab can still be heard.

 

How can i either stop the music playing or open the url in the same window?
