How can I vertically justify multiple table rows in InDesign?

I’m not referring to vertical justification within table cells, but rather to distributing several table rows evenly from top to bottom of a frame — like vertical justification in text frames. Has anyone found a way to vertically justify multiple table rows in InDesign?

    You can use the Type tool to Sh+Drag the bottom of the table to the bottom margin, and all of the rows resize together.
         Right Click > Distribute Rows Evenly may also come into play.
