Hi daitranthanhoa ,
you see the difference because InDesign CC 2017 automatically is using graphic cells ( or converting text cells to graphic cells ) instead of text cells if you place an image to an otherwise empty text cell.
Workaround:
Put some text into the text cell, could be a blank character and place again.
Afterwards remove the blank character.
With contents present in a text cell InDesign will not convert a text cell to a graphic cell if you selected an insertion point to place an image.
