How do I get a different coloured square to appear on different pages?

Hi James:

It looks like you've already drawn the colored squares on parent pages.

From there, head back to the body pages. Select a pair in the Pages panel, hold Alt/Opt and click the name A-Master to assign the red square, and Alt/Opt and click the name A-Parent to assign the black square.
