How do I print B&W in InDesign?

Hello,

Sometimes I would be working on a file, say a business card, and the front side has color graphics & text and the back side is all B&W text. Is there a way for me to setup before hand or print the front in color only and the back in B&W only?

    You can export a PDF in grayscale following the steps shown here:

    You could export one side of your business cards this way.
