How long does the cleaner tool take?

InDesign 2021, iMac Retina 5k 2019 running Catalina. Have had a lot of beach ball, then frequent crashes, now it won't launch at all. I've tried all the troubleshooting steps leading up to using the CC cleaner tool. I'm running that now but it's been going on for over 2 hours. How long is it supposed to take? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your experience. Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool should not take this much of time removing the Adobe applications. I'd recommend connecting with Adobe technical support(https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html). Please click on the chat icon to begin the conversation.
