How to Access Pantone Colors for a Die Cut Line in InDesign?

Hi, novice trying to create a new color swatch for a die cut line.

Cannot find any pantone colors and the plugin I have found I cannot make work in Indesign.

Anyone?

Make any new Spot Colour - and name it Dieline or Keyline or whatever you want.

Make sure you set it to overprint

Makes no difference. Just create a new layer for it and use any spot color you want. Let the printer know what it's for.
