How to add Arabic in Indesign 19.2?

I can not type in arabic, as you can see in the screen shot:

Indesign is installed with the correct language.

what I have to do?

You have to install the ME Arabic Version upon your existing version.

Change the language of the CC Desktop application to Arabic and install again. Additional fuctionality and fonts are now available.
