How to apply Drop Caps and Nested Styles to Chinese Text in InDesign?

To clarify, do you want:

1. a drop cap at the start of every paragraph?
2. a drop cap only for the first paragraph?

Create 2 Paragraph Styles, one with drop character, the other without. 
In the first define next style the other one.
