How to automate text replacement in an Indesign file shared online?

I shared an Indesign file to a colleague who used the "replace text" function to make changes.

Is it possible to add text replacements just by clicking a button in the "review" panel, and not by copying and pasting each piece of modification?

Best regards,

If you make a PDF and send that to your colleague, and he or she makes comments with 1 of 3 auto-edit comment tools, and then the colleague sends it back, and then you open the PDF in the PDF Comments panel, then the text changes can update into your layout without copy n paste or manual retyping.
