How to automatically create xrefs from number list

Hi to all.

I'm looking fot a script or plugin that could help me to automatically create xrefs.

I have a file with hundreds of paragraphs, numbered with a style option.

I have a list, like an index, of words and number indicating the paragraph.

Example:

Mario, 35

John, 234

...

I have to make all the numbers xrefs to the numbered paragraphs in the file.

Is there a script or plug in that could convert the number 35 in a xref to the 35th paragraph?
