How to change frame and object size at the same time by typing in specific width?

Question

I am able to hold shift and use the free transform tool to change my frame and object at the same time, but I need to be able to type in a specific width - it’s exhausting to try to hit the exact size by dragging, and In Design isn’t letting me get exactly there either. I need the two to be linked, because I used the frame to do some pretty heavy cropping, and I need that to be maintained.

Select the frame, then, in the percentage field, type the size you want, followed by the unit you use (ie 175 mm)

Hi FF,I often use the Control panel and use the Scale X field and the Scale Y field (not the Width and Height fields). If you type in measurement values (in, mm, p, pt, etc.) rather than % values, it will scale the frame plus image together to an absolute measurement size. The chainlink icon is usually on at default.
