How to Change the Color of the "X" Mark in Radio Buttons in InDesign 19.5?

I am working on a form that I am using the Radio Button listed as "024" in the Sample Buttons and Forms panel.

While I have figured out how to get the outside line of the box to be recolored to match the rest of the form:  How do I get the check or "x" mark that is inside the box to also be recolored instead of the boring black that is currently there so that it matches my forms color design.?

Is there a way to apply the settings to multiple items at one time?

Select the inner rules with the Direct Selection tool and change the stroke color.
