How to change the size of Import PDF Comments icon in InDesign

I’ve only recently discovered the possibility to import comments from a PDF to InDesign. It’s great, and a hughe time saver. However, the icons indicating a comment are hughe as well. They are counterproductive, since they obstruct the text behind them. Is it possible to change the appearance of these icons?

This is the best way of communicating with the Engineering and Product Management teams regarding issues and suggestions so they can be implemented in future releases.
