How to create a cross-reference set to a specific paragraph or word

I have to tag a sentence in the text that leads to the particular paragraph

    In both cases, open Window > Type & Tables > Cross-References

    • To cross-reference a word
      • Select the word(s) you want to track and add a New Hypertext Destination (aka Text Anchor) from the Cross-Refererences panel menu.
      • Place your cursor where you want to add the x-ref
        • Choose Link to: Text Anchor
        • Select the specific text anchor
        • Select your format and click on OK. 
    • To cross-reference a paragraph
      • Assign a paragraph style to the desired paragraph.
      • Place your cursor where you want to add the x-ref
        • choose Link to: Paragraph
        • Select the paragraph style from the list on the left
        • Select the specific paragraph from the list on the right
        • Select your format, click on OK.
