How to create a style to make a textbox to a specific width

Indesign 21.6 x 64 Windows 11

I am working on a book with a lot of captions and need a style or shortcut that will set the caption box to a specific width. If it would also set the height to fit the content will be a bonus.

Thanks to those who know more than me,

Joe

p.s. you can find the option to set the height to fit the content in object style settings, too.

You can set a specific width in Object Style > Size and Position Options.

(Note: The option to include images in forum messages is temporarily disabled due to the worldwide PHP apocalypse.)
