How to create Arabic InDesign package for deployment

Hi,

 

I have a staff member with the same problem, howeve we don't use the Createive cloud app and instead deploy the packages seperately. 

 

Can you advise how from the Adobe Enterprise portal I can create a Arabic Indesign package please?

In the Packager, in one of the steps, you should choose "English (United Arab Emirates)". Just refer to the URL provided by AshutoshRox in post atop which will show you which step I'm talking about.
