How to disable all the pop-ups in the app

there are a lot of things popping up on my screen making it very difficult to work fluidly... how can I disable all these things?

Not an option yet, but it has been requested. For now, clicking past each one once after an upgrade should take care each one individually.

Must be extremely complex, to add a checkbox that disables pop ups?
