No knockout spaces, no scripting.
How to dot automatically indent 4mm when on the first line (no characters before it).

 

It's best to use canonical.

Is it possible to realize?

First line of the paragraph? 

Bulleted list,

No bullet/empty char,

Text after: .....

They're using the same paragraph style for both lines

 Seems too easy - use a paragraph indent of 4mm.

I suspect it might be less than what you're looking for - but let's take it from here 😄

You're missing the point. I'm talking about Auto.....

Both lines use the same paragraph style.
The following style may not be used either, as all paragraphs are in the same style.

 

That's unlikely. I need to think differently.

Set it as part of the paragraph style. 

 

I'll think about it a bit more. But I didn't think it's possible without user intervention
