How to download previous versions of indesign? (I need v.16.4 to collaborate with a client)

Hello,

I am currently up to date on my InDesign App - version 17.3. However, I am working with a client where the in-house team are all using version 16.4.

I was wondering if there was I way I can download v.16.4 or switch between my current v.17.3 and the slightly older v.16.4. So, when I am working on files for them, we can seamlessly send each other files that were all created in v.16.4 -- without having to create IDML files that need converting etc.

Any advice would be massively helpful!

you still can install InDesign 2021 version 16.4 from the Creative Cloud Desktop App.

See what's behind the three dots next to your installed version of InDesign.

I hope, that your operating system is supporting version 16.4.

If you are on Windows you are good to go.

On MacOS it could be different.
