How to Effectively Use Creative Cloud for File and Folder Backup

Question

Someone, please enlighten me on this Creative Cloud storage because so far, I have found it USELESS. I went to my Files folder and created a new folder for Archives. I can't seem to upload OR drag a WHOLE folder; it says one file at a time, and when I do upload an INDD file, it says it can't support that format. What am I missing!??? I have 1 TB of storage, and it would be nice to do a backup.

File storage with Creative Cloud was turned off in February of 2024. Since then, you can only save individual files to the cloud, as far as I can tell. You cannot do any large-scale folder backup file copying. I find this to be crippled and not very helpful. Too bad we no longer have that file management backup capability like before. Anyone for Google Drive, Box, or DropBox?
