How to execute a specific function in the top menu in InDesign script.

I'm writing a simple InDesign script.
I'm trying to execute a specific function in the top menu, but I'm not sure how to do it.
Please let me know how I can execute that function.
I am using InDesign CC2021 , mac os 10.14.6 .
