How to find paragraph and character style override?

Hi! Can anyone help me find paragraph and character style override using find\GREP option or any other options.

Any idea apart from "Style Override Highlighter" and "preflight" options.

when using ExtendScript (JavaScript) it may help to see into property styleOverridden with textStyleRanges.

What is it about those options you don't like?

Have to identify override styles programatically and to rename to a different style name inorder to retain the override properties.
