Hi ,

I have an InDesign file with a few images and text . One of the images is corrupted. Is there a possibility to find which image is corrupted in the file?

Hi @raksha253929679gtb ,

you tagged your question with "Scripting".

What do you like to do by scripting?

Open a placed AI file from an InDesign document page in Adobe Illustrator to see if Illustrator issues an error message if the AI file is damaged?

If you use Dropbox did you look if the file is locally available?

the fastest way to find the problem is to try exporting the documemnt in halves. If one half fails, divide that in half and repeat until you are down to a single page. Move half the page content to the pasteboard in the same way until the problem is isolated.

Hi @raksha253929679gtb, how do you know an image is corrupted? Does it cause a crash, or doesn't print, or has a visual problem? Is it an issue during script execution? We'll probably need to know more about it before we can help.
