How to fit text into shape

Here is what I get. I want to have the triangle pointing downward, but when I flip the shape, the text gets flipped too. How can I flip the shape without flipping the text?

    Select the top ancor point with direcet selection tool, white arrow, and move it down.

     

     

    while you press shift the anchor pint will stay on the same line and smart guides will help.

     

     

    also you can change the Y value while you are selected the top anchur point.
