How to Fix Multiple Instances of Overset Text at Once

Pretty surprised that I can't seem to find a solution for this anywhere.

I changed a character style that created almost 100 instances of overset text. Rather than going to every single instance individually and manually expanding the text box, is there a way to simply auto-expand all frames to fit their text? I am aware of the Text Frame Auto-Fit Options, but this only works for future text frames, not existing ones.
