How to get this(picture) table of contets layout?

Hi there! Maybe some InDesign experts out there can give me some help?

I would like to create a table of contents, like in the picture. I have learned how to create the table of contents shown in the toturial video (link below), but cannot get the layout I really want with the numbers in front (see picture). Hoping for a positive answer.

You will need numbered list paragraph styles to number like that: create a paragraph style with numbering list and make sure to use that style in the TOC.
